Images are for general reference. Colours, packaging, accessories and product appearance may differ from the final supplied product.

A quotation becomes valid only when issued or confirmed by GH Hardware and remains subject to its stated validity period, stock availability, pricing, delivery, payment and other conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, quotations may be revised or withdrawn before an order is accepted.

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted only when GH Hardware confirms acceptance, issues an invoice, receives the required payment or otherwise confirms fulfilment.
GH Hardware may decline or cancel an order where:
- Product information or pricing is incorrect
- Stock is unavailable
- Payment cannot be verified
- Delivery cannot reasonably be arranged
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
- Additional information is required but not provided
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise.
Prices, promotions, delivery charges and taxes may change without notice. If a pricing or system error is identified, GH Hardware may contact the customer to confirm the corrected amount or cancel the affected transaction.
Payment methods are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant payment provider.
7. Delivery and Collection
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timing depend on product size, weight, destination, stock position and courier or freight arrangements.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.
Collection may be available for selected orders by prior arrangement. Do not travel to collect an order until GH Hardware confirms that it is ready.
8. Warranty
Eligible products may be covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions and remedies vary by manufacturer and product. Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and technical assessment.

9. Returns and Cancellations
Requests to cancel, return or exchange an order are reviewed according to the product condition, order status, supplier requirements, applicable policy and legal obligations.
Products that are customised, specially ordered, used, installed, damaged or supplied as consumables may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange unless required by law or agreed by GH Hardware.
Contact us before returning any product. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login details and for activity carried out through their account.
Account information must be accurate and kept current.
